1/27/2024 0 Comments Manpower fort collinsConducts and documents weekly safety audits and inspections as described in the Loss Control Manual.Utilizes appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and models safe behavior for field staff.Participates in accident/incident reviews and remediation of identified safety issues.Completes accident/incident reports timely (within 24 hrs of occurrence).Communicates with necessary internal personnel regarding safety incidents.Ensures staff is familiar with and adhere to accident/injury reporting procedures.Ensures staff has read and is familiar with all safety manuals and procedures.Familiar with the Loss Control Manual and adheres to the procedures and protocols therein.Conducts and documents team safety meetings (4/month).Effectively communicates relevant information to customers regarding their systems to influence and drive customer satisfaction.Possesses the proper judgment to escalate procedures when necessary to assure customers needs are met.Responds quickly and efficiently to customer issues.Provides sales personnel with leads and alerts sales personnel about competitive sales efforts.Actively participates in regular review meetings on backlog, manpower planning, customer and field relations.Proactively communicates scope of work to necessary field personnel.Manages equipment, material and tool utilization.Communicates and coordinates field operations with dispatcher.Manages field personnel to assure proper staffing and efficient field operations.Manages all financial aspect of assigned agreement base.Manages execution of assigned agreement base within contracted time obligations.Familiarity with the following vertical markets healthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office, industrial and power generation.Demonstrated knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration and oil analysis.Certificate of Completion or Diploma with an accredited HVAC trade school preferred.Must possess a valid driver’s license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the Company’s insurance provider.Minimum 10 years of commercial service technician field experience.This position is responsible in developing and managing team talent while working with assigned dispatcher to assure execution of assigned work. The service supervisor provides first line supervision of field technicians to assure completion of preventive maintenance and small technical projects in a high quality and timely manner to balance customer loyalty and maximizing gross profit margins.
